Thomas J. Boylan, JD

Thomas J. Boylan maintains a diverse and active practice as a civil litigator and corporate attorney. Drawing on his deep experience in the construction industry, Thomas has become the go-to attorney for homeowners, general contractors, and suppliers with construction-related disputes. In addition, Thomas has litigated a wide variety of other business concerns, from transportation and copyright infringement actions to contractual enforcement, employee/employer relations, and real estate disputes. Thomas has been general counsel to many businesses including a large transportation company and various construction companies He has developed a reputation as a strong advocate and strategic advisor across all stages of business, from start-up through post-merger acquisitions.

Thomas graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and earned his Juris Doctor from Nashville School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Thomas worked as a division manager, project manager and construction consultant in both the residential and commercial industries.

Thomas is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Williamson County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in all Tennessee State Courts as well as the Middle District of Tennessee. Thomas has been admitted to practice pro hac vice in several state courts and the Northern District of Ohio Bankruptcy Court.
